Could be also due to virtualbox latest update.
FS#44251. Both reported just recently, both file managers using gtk2.and:
pacman -Qo /usr/lib/libfontconfig.so.1
/usr/lib/libfontconfig.so.1 is owned by fontconfig-infinality-ultimate 2.11.1-26
Might be also due to update to package "fontconfig-infinality-ultimate" from "infinality-bundle" repository.
