Description:
Kernel / system 3.18.9-1 USB subsystem unresponsive/erratic behaviour.HID reacts poorly, looks like first USB packets are ignored. Mouseclicks to activate mousemovement suggest sleepmode.

Reproducible
317,314 latest kernels work fine.

Network behaves strange too. SSL packets arrive garbled.
