lib32-flashplugin is is no way needed or useful in Steam.

All video's/trailers play fine without it (they use plain HTML5 video for this), and I could not find any other part of Steam that requires Flash.

This used to require flashplugin for the videos when it started cause they were not working for html5.

I have removed it and am repackaging steam.
