Description:

ksysguardd cannot open config file '"/etc/ksysguarddrc"'.
Maybe caused by single and double quotes?
The daemon has appropriate permissions to read the file:

» root@pc╺─╸[etc] ls -la /etc/ksysguarddrc
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1174 Feb 21 20:23 /etc/ksysguarddrc
