Description:
I am curious if the discrepancy between the plasma-meta meta package and the plasma group are normal, plasma-meta contains 17 dependencies while plasma contains packages inside of the group.

Is this expected, if not, why the difference?

Dependencies that are already satisfied as dependencies of other dependencies don't need to be specified.
