Thank you, I've updated you to tier 1. Please switch to one of the *_tier1 modules on "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org". You'll probably want "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1". I've whitelisted 92.92.207.51, if you sync from a different IP, please let me know.
