Description:
Launching ksysguard using krun (via krunner, app launcher, etc...), make plasma-desktop freezing until ksysguard is not closed. When it is closed, it show a KDEInit error describing it can not launch ksysguard. This bug has been fixed by KDE in this commit https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/workspace/ksysguard/repository/revisions/a148102e8ed56c7a8d0f790fad2f9366b27882d4 which is not included in the last package update in the extra repository. However, ksysguard does not freeze plasma-desktop when it is launched via a command line interface like konsole.

Additional info:
* ksysguard 5.2.1-1
* plasma-desktop 5.2.1-1
* under plasma-meta 5.2.0-4
* x86_64 architecture

Steps to reproduce:
Open krunner using alt+F2 or the app launcher using alt+F1.
Type ksysguard (or go to the menus on app launcher).
Launch ksysguard.
plasma-desktop is unusable and freezing.
Quit ksysguard.
An error message appear saying "KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/ksysguard'".
