Description:

$inkscape
inkscape: error while loading shared libraries: libMagick++-6.Q16HDRI.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Googling gives:
recompiling it locally solves the problem

Still: A working binary should be made available via the mirrors.

You have an outdated imagemagick package on your system (you need 6.9.0.5-1), possibly as a result of using 'pacman -Sy' without doing a full upgrade.
