DetailsAccording to KDE's 3.2 information page, http://kde.org/info/3.2.php , there was a bug that made it into KMail that wasn't discovered until after it was released. This bug can involve lost e-mail, so it would be a good idea to apply the patch, http://download.kde.org/stable/3.2/src/kdepim-3.2.0-HOT_FIX_FOR_KMAIL.patch , to the kdepim package in arch.
