Description:

On a fresh Arch install with Gnome 3 I am getting severe lag when scrolling some pages in epiphany, especially search result pages on DuckDuckGo.
I found this suggested solution, reported at freedesktop.org which solved it. Launching epiphany with LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 causes all pages to work perfectly without any lag.

Using:

kernel 3.18.6-1-ARCH
mesa-10.4.6-1
webkitgtk-2.4.8-1
webkit2gtk-2.6.5-1
epiphany-3.14.2-1
