DetailsDescription:
Once switched off, bluetooth on Toshiba laptops repeatedly switches on and off. I've been experiencing this issue on my Toshiba notebooks for months now, regardless of the Desktop Environment, kernel version or Linux distribution. Filed a report at https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93911 and a patch has been provided (works for me). The author has requested to "point to this bug report downstream so we can have more people test these changes, and whenever we have something solid, I can push the changes and hopefully this will land in 4.1." Steps to reproduce: - turn bluetooth off - check your dmesg for log spam every 5 secs ("USB disconnect" / "Re-enabling Toshiba Bluetooth") |

Current kernel version is the 4.6 branch now, and the bug report linked was closed 2015-06-01 (4 months after this ticket was first submitted), so I am recommending this ticket be closed.
