Description:
Some (seemingly random) applications are missing icons in Plasma 5 (theming all set to Breeze).

Additional info:
* Plasma 5.2.0

Examples of applications with empty icons:
Mathematica 10
TeXStudio
Qt Creator

Steps to reproduce:
Install the above apps and "add to favorites" in the KDE Program Starter menu. Their icons should be a white sheet of paper instead of, well, the application icon.
Screenshot attached.
In the Icon Only Task Manager, icons show up correctly. It is only the application menu which fails.

Can't reproduce in two different machines. Can you try logging off, removing ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache and logging on again?
