libjpeg dependency is not listed.

Steps to reproduce:
Uninstall libjpeg-turbo (if it was previously installed) and run
$ xlinks -g
xlinks: error while loading shared libraries: libjpeg.so.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Additional comments about closing:  libjpeg is a dependency of libtiff, which is already optional "for using xlinks"
