DetailsDescription: OSG will choose qt5 if it is installed at build time unless you use -DDESIRED_QT_VERSION=4, which means you have to build this package in a clean build environment. And the related question why not use qt5 anyway?

All packages are built in a clean chroot, so this is irrelevant.
