After upgrading from xorg-server 1.16.4-1 to 1.17.1-1, intel-virtual-output is failing with the following message:

XIO: fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server ":0"
after 20 requests (20 known processed) with 0 events remaining.

Downgrading to xorg-server 1.16.4-1 and xf86-video-intel 2.99.917-1 fixed the issue temporarily.

Can you fill an upstream bug report at https://bugs.freedesktop.org , and post the link here?

Can you test with xf86-video-intel-2.99.917-3 in testing?

The version on testing fixes the error, thanks !
First time I tried the virtual screen was created (present in xrandr and in KDE settings), but it was still black. The second time it worked fine, so I guess this was a random failure.

Does this version include the patch provided here ? https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89172#c2
