With glibc 2.21.2 while trying to log in via vsftpd: Feb 13 17:32:52 [vsftpd] PAM unable to dlopen(/usr/lib/security/pam_unix.so): /usr/lib/libpthread.so.0: symbol __getrlimit, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference Feb 13 17:32:52 [vsftpd] PAM adding faulty module: /usr/lib/security/pam_unix.so glibc 2.21.1 works fine. |

Does a reboot fix this? I guess it is trying to use libc.so.6 and libpthread.so.0 from different releases.

Or just restart vsftpd. The same thing happens to cron after glibc releases.
