Description:
PlasmaShell always uses CPU by 12-20% and never stops.

Additional info:
* package: extra/plasma-desktop 5.2.0-2
* latest update


Steps to reproduce:
1. Run KF5 by SDDM
2. Launch Kontact, Dolphin, Konsole
3. Wait for few minutes

This is a known and fixed issue. Wait for plasma 5.2.1 to get released (about a week from now).
