I have this in my /etc/profile.d/autojump.sh: # check global install elif [ -s /usr/share/autojump/autojump.${shell} ]; then source /usr/share/autojump/autojump.${shell} fi # check custom install if [ -s /usr/share/autojump/autojump.${shell} ]; then source /usr/share/autojump/autojump.${shell} fi I'm using zsh so it'll source autojump.zsh twice, resulting a wrong chpwd_functions value (autojump_chpwdautojump_chpwd), so no new path will be added.
