Description:
VirtualGL cannot resize GL window in Qt5 applications. Add new cmake parameter "-DVGL_FAKEXCB=1" to solve that.
Then by adding "+xcb" at program startup (e.g.: "vglrun +xcb <PROGRAMNAME>") resizing works as expected.
