Hi,

I read on the arch-mirrors mailling-list that you're looking for new tier 1 mirrors in other countries than US, and we're willing to upgrade our current mirror to tier 1.

https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/rnl.tecnico.ulisboa.pt/

We have this tier 2 mirror in Portugal since 2009 I think, and it has a Gigabit connection (in an University with a 10 Gigabit connection) with most of its bandtiwh available.

Usage statistics are available here: https://www.rnl.tecnico.ulisboa.pt/cacti/graph_view.php?action=tree&tree_id=2&leaf_id=207

Thank you, I've updated you to tier 1. Please switch to one of the *_tier1 modules on "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org". You'll probably want "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1". Tell me once you switched so I can close this.

I'm unable to access any module from the server.

$ rsync rsync://rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1
@ERROR: access denied to ftp_tier1 from ftp.rnl.tecnico.ulisboa.pt (2001:690:2100:80::6)
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1516) [Receiver=3.0.9]

Oh, totally forgot to add your IPs to the whitelist. I've added 193.136.164.6 and 2001:690:2100:80::6. Tell me if you have any more and please check if it works now.

Yes, it's only those IPs and can confirm that it's working now, thanks.
