Details

Syncthing crashes randomly because some exit code definitions are missing in the service files, see bug #1324: https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/issues/1324

You could either add

RestartPreventExitStatus=1
SuccessExitStatus=2
RestartForceExitStatus=3 4

to the service files provided by arch linux or use the service files provided by upstream: https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/tree/master/etc/linux-systemd
