Details

hostapd should not fork to background. Remove flag -B and type=simple (default behavior when no type is specified).

Also configuration file should be moved to end of command as described in hostapd(8).

Currently it isn't properly handled and logged by systemd and hostapd doesn't offer any interfaces to other services.
