I'm pretty sure the libs are needed at runtime, so it can't just be a makedep. Or are you saying that lib32-gcc-libs is the runtime dep?

Yes lib32-gcc-libs is the correct runtime dep, and gcc-multilib is the makedep, it was a brain fart on my end. Thx for the heads up guys.
