Basically your whole system was compiled with glibc-2.19 and running with glibc-2.20 at one stage. This is very wrong...

Ops, I swap the two versions.
How can be possible that my system uses an old version of glibc?

Have you done a full update? What glibc version do you have installed?
Comment by Martino Salvetti (the9ull) - Sunday, 25 January 2015, 12:46 GMT
I keep the system upgraded, glibc version: 2.20-6

Your system is using the new glibc - mldonkey is complaining that it was compiled against an old glibc. mldonkey is wrong. this is not an issue.

Right now this is my error I get.

>> This core is running with glibc 2.23 but it was compiled with glibc 2.22.

Is there anything I can do? Mldonkey is not starting.

I see the warning in the logs, but the mldonkey itself runs fine. Your issue is probably because of something else.

indeed, thank you anatolik for the quick response. I tried to start mldonkey (deamon) only. Now I tried mldonkey+gui this gave me the advice to look into the "mlnet.log" which showed my configuration issue.

So everything is working fine and I made a reporting mistake.
