Description:
/usr/bin/dumpcap in community/wireshark-cli is set to be with the capability cap_net_admin and cap_net_raw+eip so that non-root users can use wireshark without setuid. I think it's also preferrable to do the same thing on /usr/bin/iftop in community/iftop.
