I've added your mirror, but lysator.liu.se is already a tier 2 mirror so you'll be tier 3. You might want to consider syncing from a tier 1 mirror from this list: https://www.archlinux.org/mirrors/

Fixed, syncing from archlinux.polymorf.fr instead
