4th attachment: spotify logo in JPG file in preview mode (Dolphin)
5th attachment: spotify logo in JPG file opened in Gwenview 14.12.1-1 (metadata tab showed)

Please run gwenview with LANG=C so that errors are displayed in English

Output after installing kded package. Without any change - picture is not visible in app.

Can you try running kbuildsycoca5, as the output says?

SOLVED:

remove as root:

sudo rm ~/.cache/ksycoca5

Rebuild database:

kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental

Issue with bluetooth protocol warning still present.

That is expected, you need the kf5 version of bluedevil, which will be release with plasma 5.2 in a week.
