The "Bug Reports" links in: - https://www.archlinux.org/packages/core/x86_64/pacman/ - https://www.archlinux.org/packages/testing/x86_64/pacman/ should use the project url "project=3" instead of "project=1". |

Additional comments about closing: See comment. We don't link other package so the upstream bug tracker, why should we with pacman?

I disagree. All packaging bugs for Core and Extra packages,
including pacman, should go in the Arch Linux project. Problems
with pacman itself go to the Pacman project, just like other
upstream problems to to their respective upstream bug trackers.
