Hi,

after upgrading to kernel 3.18.2 I get more or less immediate kernel panics. Possibly related to the wireless driver (broacom-wl from AUR), but just trying to recompile it from the console causes the panic.

Downgrading to Linux strange 3.17.4-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Nov 21 21:14:42 CET 2014 x86_64 GNU/Linux
fixes the problem.

Confirmed on a lenovo g480 machine with the broadcom-wl driver...

The kernel-lts (3.14.28-1-lts) fix the problem

Confirmed on a 2010 MBP with broadcom-wl too. Went back to 3.17.6 and problem went away? broadcom-wl is 6.30.223.248-4

If the problem is broadcom-wl, the report doesn't belong here. IIRC, this is a known issue anyway.
