Description:

For several days, my network card is unstable. Wifi is useless. It also has about half year ago.

I even thought it is a hardware problem but it seems it is not.

Same problem here, my Wifi-card is crashing randomly. Journalctl attached.

I never had tp_smapi installed and it still affects me.

Same problem here. I foresee to attach my journalctl output since its mostly identical to the one attached by Roman.

I reported the bug upstream: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=92231
It was still going on in the new kernel version (3.18.6-1-ARCH).

In the mean time i downloaded the latest arch installation image (Current Release: 2015.02.01 with 3.18.4 kernel) and booted from USB drive. I can connect with the wireless network and the connection was very stable.

There is also a kernel panic every time when i shake my laptop.

I am convinced that this is a hardware problem. I replaced the wifi card and problem is gone.
