As described in this bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=739728 on the Gnome Bugzilla, there is a packaging problem with the arch libwacom package due to an update on Wacom management in the Kernel, causing the "map buttons" interface to disappear in Gnome Control Center. As Benjamin Tissoires explained : the arch libwacom package should also create an udev rule in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/75-wacom.rules by calling the tool generate-udev-rules in the tools directory of libwacom I'm also submitting this bug for xorg !
