Details

Updating to the latest release makes pacman output:

(1/1) upgrading openntpd [#########################################################################################################] 100%
warning: /etc/ntpd.conf installed as /etc/ntpd.conf.pacnew
warning: directory permissions differ on /var/lib/ntp/
filesystem: 755 package: 700
warning: directory ownership differs on /var/lib/ntp/
filesystem: 87:0 package: 0:0

While the first warning seems correct; the second one doesn't. Do I really need to chown /var/lib/ntp/ to root?
