Description: Totem 3.14 seems to expect libquvi is installed
in order to parse links, and should probably be added to
optdepends.

This should be added to totem-plparser. It's an optdepend because
of the license issue (AGPLv3 won't mix with GPL2 or LGPL), but
totem-plparser avoids the issue by providing the binary from your
error message as GPLv3 binary while the library remains LGPL.
Reopening, optdepend can be changed to dependency, as the license
issue is worked around with the standalone binary. There's no
other reason why this dependency is optional.
