Description:

mtpaint can be used as a pixel-art animator. In order to export to GIF it defaults to gifsicle:
"If encoding to GIF files, mtPaint will attempt to call gifsicle automatically and create the animated GIF for you" [1].

It would be nice to have an optional dep from gifsicle in order to let the user know it before an error shows up.
