`*Summary:*
The /usr/lib/qt/bin/qtconfig binary is not installed by either of the 'qt5' and 'qt5-tools' packages in [extra]. Surely it should be?

*Details:*
/usr/bin/qtconfig is now a symlink to /usr/bin/qtchooser (from the 'qtchooser' package), which is in turn meant to launch either the Qt4 or the Qt5 version of the tool on demand.

Running `qtconfig -qt4` works fine - it launches the /usr/lib/qt4/bin/qtconfig binary (installed by the 'qt4' package).

Running `qtconfig -qt5`, however, yields the error message: "qtconfig: could not exec '/usr/lib/qt/bin/qtconfig': No such file or directory"

Indeed the file does not exist, and `pkgfile -vr qtconfig` shows that 'extra/qt5-translations' installs translations for it, but nothing installs the binary itself.
