Description:
I found that notification area (the new one) is missing. The notification area (Old) work OK. I compiled source form git (both - cairo-dock and cairo-dock-plugins) and then new notification area start working.

Works here. There has been no commit regarding the notification plugin since 3.4.0 so there's no reason git version would be different. Can you try rebuilding 3.4.0 see if that changes anything? BTW, just to be sure, what are you calling working? The old notification is for old systray which is deprecated (for example here it shows nm-applet, dropbox and firewalld), while the new notification area is for more recent notification implementation (for example here it shows quassel and steam).

1. Version form arch repo.

2. Code downloaded from https://launchpad.net/cairo-dock-core/+download and https://launchpad.net/cairo-dock-plug-ins/+download (version 3.4.0) build and installed in /usr/local. I have not installed any new deps, so there is only packages installed as deps with package from official arch repo (1).

3. installed version form aur (cairo-dock-git cairo-dock-plugins-git) it installed some new deps.

And, calling "working" old notification area - It's not missing and Skype and Kontact/Akregator (this one probably use new implementation of systray) show theirs icons here.

If both (new notification area and old one) are working Skype goes to old one and Kontact/Akregator goes to new one. But in official version from arch repo new one is missing.
