Details

In default LibreOffice Suite (-still and -fresh versions) apps using english only desktop file.
It is an option using multilanguage description in desktop file (like it is in other Linux distros).

LibreOffice Suite using desktop files from directory /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/xdg/and in /usr/share/applications/ are created symlinks to this files only.

When building the pkg from source the source tree doesn't include such translated .desktop files. No idea where you have them found.

We build the main LibO package from source building only one language (en_US). Maybe when built with Lang=ALL these translated
.desktop get created. Not idea. But I won't add files to our Arch pkg that are maintained somewhere downstream by a different distribution.

These same is with Thunderbird desktop files.
