Kevin: please build packages in a chroot when you have packages on your system which are not available in the repositories.
neon is at 0.25.x in both extra and testing, which will stay this way for a while since it requires a todo list with various things on it (subversion, gstreamer, bpmx, etc etc).

My bad. Neon wasn't in testing when I started bmpx so I had build neon 0.26.
