DetailsThe installation does not use make install and these pkg-config files are missing: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/blas.pc /usr/lib/pkgconfig/lapack.pc please use make install in the package_lapack stage and remove blas files, then in package_blas install manually all the blas files: install -m644 BLAS/blas.pc "$pkgdir"/usr/${_arch}/lib/pkgconfig I noticed because I maintain mingw-w64-lapack.
