Description:
The problem reported in https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/42817 also existed in linux-lts. Downgrading solved the problem. When it was deemed solved in that report I updated and found that all vboxguest modules now cannot be inserted.

Additional info:
linux 3.14.25-1-lts
virtualbox-guest-utils 4.3.20-1
virtualbox-guest-modules-lts 4.3.20-1

Steps to reproduce:
modprobe -a vboxguest vboxsf results in

modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'vboxguest': Invalid argument
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'vboxsf': Invalid argument

dmesg | grep vboxguest gives

vboxguest: Unknown symbol __alloc_pages_nodemask (err -22)
vboxguest: disagrees about version of symbol contig_page_data

Downgrading linux-lts does not seem to help.

Can confirm this, at least for the i686 packages. As a consequence of not being able to load the modules, it is also not possible to enable vboxservice (e.g. systemctl enable vboxservice).
