Description:
After the recent grep update, every usage of grep in fish displays deprecation warnings due to GREP_OPTIONS being set in /usr/share/fish/functions/grep.fish.


There's already a fix in master:

Steps to reproduce:

bash> fish
Welcome to fish, the friendly interactive shell
Type help for instructions on how to use fish
fish> grep
grep: warning: GREP_OPTIONS is deprecated; please use an alias or script
Usage: grep [OPTION]... PATTERN [FILE]...
Try 'grep --help' for more information.
