At least mpv and pgrep are built against liblz4, but don't depend on it. I assume it's because systemd depends on lz4, so it is installed in any fresh system. But if you remove systemd, lz4 gets removed too as nothing depends on it. So packages should explicitly depend on it, not just assume it exists in the system. Steps to reproduce: Remove systemd, try using mpv. |

You need to report a separate bug for each package that has a missing dependency. I can't really assign bugs across multiple categories/projects.
