rTorrent 0.9.4/0.13.4 crashes while downloading torrent.

Steps to reproduce:

put .torrent in your "watch" directory and wait for rtorrent to start downloading it.
Problem occurs randomly and can be not easy to reproduce.

I have not experienced any such crash. Could you report this upstream to https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent/issues and try to find a fix with them?
