Description:
After running k3b some programs hang.
# killall -9 k3b -> the window closes.
but k3b is becoming zombies.
transmission, blkid and other programs using HDD - hang. # killall -9 - does not kill them.

CPU usage is low. Increasing The Load Average 5++ on 2 cores.

sync leads to:

now updated the system. the problem disappeared.
