The beloved "Attach to process" functionality is missing from the menu in extra/kdevelop-4.7.0-3.

I suspect a connection to this bug report: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/41977 ( FS#41977  - [kdevelop] move kdebase-workspace to optdepends), which requested a move of kdebase-workspace to optdeps, because it would only be necessary for the attach to process functionality. While extra/kdebase-workspace-4.11.13-2 is also installed on my system, the functionality is still not available.

In the source tree in debuggers/gdb/debuggerplugin.cpp:212 there is a check for the preprocessor flag KDEV_ENABLE_GDB_ATTACH_DIALOG. Maybe that one was disabled while building extra/kdevelop-4.7.0-3? I would like to have that functionality re-enabled :)
