I think we should have cppcheck-nox,there is no need for further explanation,installing whole qt for package like this is unreasonable,and GUI is just user preferences in compilation of cppcheck.

I think cppcheck without gui should be in main repos , not other way around.

Since we build our own qt5 in a separate build step we want to avoid a conflict with an existing
