Details
When switching between runlevels 1 and 3 (I prefer to do
system updates at runlevel 1), I always get this error :
init: /dev/initctl: no such file or directory INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel To reproduce : # telinit 1 # telinit 3 # telinit 1 |

Strange, I have just retried from a freshly booted system and it
hangs.
