Details

When switching between runlevels 1 and 3 (I prefer to do system updates at runlevel 1), I always get this error :

init: /dev/initctl: no such file or directory
INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel

To reproduce :
# telinit 1
# telinit 3
# telinit 1

I forgot to mention it, but I use the following version : udev-088-1, from the testing repo.
