I've discovered that the package bluez-utils does not contain all available utilities in the package.
An example of such utils is the tool called obexctl, but I believe there are more of them, like bluetooth player.Description:

The package includes all files that are installed by default upstream make target "make install".

Feel free to request additional and useful tools one by one you desire.

I believe the missing tools are bluetooth-player and obex tools. I've tested everything and it is true they are not installed by default, not sure why, but they are compiled.
I don't know if any other useful tools are there, really.
