XHCI driver fails to reset and setup all USB3 ports on wakeup from suspend. This causes the left channel of my USB DAC to max volume. Fixed after changing volume level once. Other devices seem to wakeup properly.

linux 3.17.2-1
linux-firmware 20141009.0e5f637-1

The volume problem may be a separate issue. Seems like it's also present when the USB DAC is connected to the USB2 port using ehci-pci.
