Detailsxine is crashing always with an assertion error if I'm playing a current Disney DVD.
Error message is: searching.c:566: dvdnav_get_position: Assertion `(signed)*pos != -1' failed. This is a known bug and it's already fixed in the current libdvdnav development version. Please add the follow two patches from the current libdvdnav repository to fix this issue till the next version is released. "Return an error in dvdnav_get_position instead of asserting" http://git.videolan.org/?p=libdvdnav.git;a=commitdiff;h=2d73a2b3c6ccd3d45be194d482cfb09f8e5055e2 "dvdnav_get_position: Fix mutex unlocking in case of error" http://git.videolan.org/?p=libdvdnav.git;a=commitdiff;h=e225924870be20b03aa5e05b8bd1f524499fe722 I've build a personal version of the libdvdnav package with both patches and it works. Additional info: * libdvdnav 5.0.1-1 * LP:1236939 Thanks, Carsten |
